Wine Tasting in The Institute, Saturday 29th November

If you enjoy wine, but French wine is a bit of a mystery – all those regions, different grapes, grand cru, vin de pays etc – then the Thornton Steward 2025 Wine Tasting Evening in the Village Institute on Saturday 29th November at 7.00 p.m. is what you need.  There will be 8 wines to taste, 4 white and 4 red, different regions and grape varieties; supper will be provided and it will, of course, be highly educational, all based around a light-hearted quiz competition, not to mention good company and good fun.

We have secured a licence for the evening so will be selling tickets to this event at £18 per person to include the wine and some lovely food to go with both the red and the white wines. This cost is based on at least 20 people attending the event.
 
We do need to know numbers in advance so please do get your tickets as early as possible and no later than FRIDAY 21 NOVEMBER.
